Hi there! I’m Nav and I am a Registered Nurse (RN), Lactation Consultant (IBCLC - International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and a Birth and Postpartum Doula.
My background is in paediatric Nursing, where I spent the majority of my career working at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto as a Registered Nurse. My love for children is what led me to work in paediatrics. After having my own children, I discovered a passion for all things pregnancy and baby-related, which led me to become a labour and birth doula, a postpartum doula and a lactation consultant!
